McDougall Energy Completes Acquisition of Gra Ham Energy’s Aviation Business

Sault Ste. Marie, ON (September 11, 2026) – McDougall Energy Inc. (“McDougall Energy”) is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of Gra Ham Energy’s aviation business, including Gra Ham Energy’s aviation customer list and select aviation-related assets. This acquisition strengthens McDougall Energy’s aviation fuel business in Ontario and supports the company’s continued commitment to providing customers with reliable products, safe operations, and strong local support.

Gra Ham Energy has served Ontario customers by supplying, delivering, and dispensing petroleum products across residential heat, agriculture, commercial, and aviation markets. The company supports aviation customers across Ontario through fulfilment from its St. Marys, Franktown, and Sudbury operations.

Gra Ham Energy aviation customers will transition to McDougall Energy, with teams working directly with affected customers to support continuity of service and a smooth transition.
