What ismyAccount?
myAccount is a web-based portal that allows you to quickly and easily manage your account with McDougall Energy. The portal gives you 24/7 access to your account balance summary, estimated tank level (for Automatic Fuel Delivery customers), invoices, statements, deliveries and more – all at the click of a button.
myAccount allows you to:
Order fuel
Review your payment plan details
View estimated tank levels (for Automatic Fuel Delivery customers)
Access and print your invoices, statements and proof of delivery slips
How do I sign up for myAccount?
To register for the myAccount customer portal, you must be a current McDougall Energy account holder. The sign-up page can be found at https://myaccount.mcdougallenergy.com/account/signuporsignin. Click on "Sign Up", fill in the required fields, and submit your form. You will receive an email with a verification link. Once the account has been verified, you can log in.
To sign up, you will need your McDougall Energy Account Number and your “Customer Name.” Please have your McDougall Energy invoice or statement ready with you before you register. To register, your "Customer Name" must match exactly how the name appears on your invoice or statement to be successful, and it is character sensitive. (For example, if it says, “John Smith & Jane Smith” on your statement, you cannot type “John Smith” or “John Smith and Jane Smith,” the words and characters must match exactly “John Smith & Jane Smith.”)

What happens if I forget myAccount login email and/or password?
If you forget your login email, you need to email portalsupport@mcdougallenergy.com for technical support. You can reset your password by clicking the “Reset my password” button on the Sign In page.
Can I make a payment to my account online?
McDougall Energy offers many convenient payment options, but paying your account through myAccount is not currently available. Our customers most commonly pay online through their bank; your current balance is displayed on myAccount’s “Balance Summary” dashboard, which also shows your payment due date, recent activity, as well as your payment history. Past invoices or statements can be viewed or downloaded from myAccount.

This dashboard details your current balance, payment due date, recent activity, as well as your payment history.
